Billie Faiers’ personal trainer reveals her fitness secrets as she shows off amazing figure after returning to the gym

After Billie Faiers recently flaunted her amazing figure in the gym, her personal trainer exclusively revealed her tips on keeping fit to OK!.

Former TOWIE star Billie shared a snippet of herself working out in all black gymwear and white chunky trainers with her 2.3 million followers on Instagram.

In the Instagram stories snapshot, which featured her doing squats at 10:23am, she tagged her PT Ellie Hopley who exclusively spoke to OK! about Billie’s secrets to staying in shape.

“Billie trains with me three times per week,” the personal trainer explains. “We do a mixture of gym and at home workouts to fit in with her busy schedule around filming and the kids.”

“We do a round up of weights and bodyweight moves to really build shape and tone,” Ellie continued. “We work a lot of circuits and supersets to keep the heart rate up so it’s good for fitness too. "

“We also do boxing once per week which she really enjoys,” she added before revealing how Billie believes her core is her ‘weaker area’. “She wants to focus on her core as this is a weaker area but that’s quite common with most of my clients and I always make it a priority.”

The workout guru also uncovered how Billie sought her help to get ‘in shape’ during the build up to her and Greg Shepherd’s wedding, which took place in 2019.

“She has trained with me before to get in shape for her wedding,” said Ellie who went on to explain that Billie was also keen to start working out more often after she had to drop out of Dancing On Ice earlier this year.

“After having to pull out of Dancing On Ice she wanted to get back to training regularly as she likes the way it makes her feel physically and mentally,” Ellie revealed.

“Her goal is to get ready for the summer and to just stay generally fit as she says she feels so much better when she works out regularly and makes it part of her routine,” she added.

The wellbeing expert spoke on having to advise Billie ‘to eat enough’ when she’s juggling her busy work schedule with her home life as a mum of two.

"I sometimes have to nag her to eat enough which is so important when you want to get results,” she admitted. “But obviously it’s sometimes hard when you’re on the go.”

“But she loves to cook and makes healthy dinners,” Ellie continued. “Breakfast and snacks are things like eggs, bananas, protein bars and carrot sticks and hummus.”
