Chrissy Teigen says her 'body hurts' due to election day nerves

Chrissy Teigen opened up about her nerves regarding the results of the US election after she attended a rally for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

The model and her husband John Legend were among the special guests at Biden’s campaign rally in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Monday.

Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, Chrissy revealed her joy over getting to spend time with Kamala.

The star tweeted: ‘Heading home from the Philly rally. Not showering off my Kamala hug. I’m not even sure if we hugged honestly I was very in awe but not showering either way.’

She then got candid about her nerves at the election results as she added: ‘Anyone else’s entire body also hurt?? I’m so nervous 😩’

John and Chrissy have been vocal supporters of the Democratic party throughout the campaign trail, with Chrissy making her first public appearance at the rally following the loss of the couple’s son Jack.

The former Lip Sync Battle presenter joined her husband as he performed on stage, as they attended their first event together as a family after the couple lost their baby 20 weeks into Chrissy’s pregnancy.

The couple suffered the heartbreaking death of their baby boy in September after Chrissy was rushed to hospital due to abnormal bleeding.

Meanwhile, other stars came out in force on Election Day to encourage every single fan to vote while they still could.

With many stars like Chelsea Handler and Kanye West taking to social media to confirm they had cast their ballot.
