Louise Redknapp, 47, has spoken up about the contents of her phone, admitting people would worry about her if they looked at her notes. The singer made the admission while discussing her latest album.

“I want everything I want right now to be positive.

Louise has appeared on the Such A Good Feeling podcast with Steve Anderson and admitted that her notes are full of lyrics.

Steve introduced the pop-star as “one of the loveliest and hardest working” stars around.

The podcast host asked Louise if she writes a lot of things down, lyric-wise.

“Do you write little ideas down, and put things on your phone, like titles, stuff like that?” he asked.

Louise then responded: “Yeah, at the moment, my phone is full with lyrics. The last two, three months.

“Sometimes you just get a load of ideas and find a path for yourself.

“Other times you feel like you can’t quite get started.

“I want everything I want right now to be positive.”

She continued, saying that she “writes all the time” and that her phone is “full” of lyrics and if someone looked at her notes they’d “most probably worry” about her.

Steve then quizzed Louise on a specific song she’d written in the past.

He asked her if she remembered how the song Breaking Back Together happened.

She said her mother told her that sometimes you have to “break to come back together” after asking her for advice about a difficult situation in her life.

She then said she went into the studio and told her colleagues that her mum told her something interesting.

The host then quipped: “Your mum’s owed some sort of royalty for that.”

“She absolutely isn’t,” Louise responded, laughing.

Other songs influenced by Louise’s mother include Just Give Me A Minute, which was written in response to her mum hounding her with questions when she was going through a tough time.

Louise has recently hit back over claims that she is in despair over ex-husband Jamie Redknapp’s new baby.

The singer wrote to her 726,000 Instagram followers: “I try not to read or respond to these things but sometimes they’re unavoidable.

“I have my 2 gorgeous boys that I adore more than anything in the world, the best family around me and I’m having the time of my life in my career and with the most wonderful friends that a girl could hope for.

“I’m in the most positive of headspace and loving my life.”

The star added in a motivational message to fans: “Here’s to all the ladies out there that are in control of their lives and living their very best lives!”

Louise’s post comes as Jamie took to Instagram to share news with his 1.4 million followers that his wife Frida Redknapp had given birth to their first child.
