Lucy Mecklenburgh has flaunted her toned figure in a tiny bikini five months after giving birth to son Roman.
The 29 year old, who reportedly refuses to return to The Only Way Is Essex as she's "too busy" to film reunion episodes, took to her Instagram stories to share the incredible snap with her 1.7million followers.
The reality star looked gorgeous as she posed in the mirror in nothing but a tiny nude two-piece, which highlighted her emerging abs and slim waist.
The brunette beauty styled her short hair into a low ponytail for the shot and kept the accessories to a minimum as she wore a simple watch and a pair of black-framed shades to shield her eyes from the sun.

Lucy, who recently stepped out with her fiancé Ryan Thomas and son after her birthday celebration, also posted an adorable photo of her son Roman dressed in a sweet pair of yellow swimming trunks as he smiled for the camera.
She wrote over this: "Can we go swimming mama!"
The proud mum recently opened up about motherhood, explaining that she initially "lost her personality" when she gave birth to her baby boy.

Speaking exclusively to OK! online , the star said: "At the beginning, I tried to [work]. I'll be completely honest, I tried to be on email and I tried to get work done," she explained.
However, Lucy found herself "so tired" that she simply "couldn't focus and I had to sort of walk away from it and instigate what I would normally do to my team. They're amazing."
Now the mum-of-one is getting back into the working life routine and seems to be juggling being a businesswoman and a mum with success.

She continued: "Recently, I've been getting a lot more work to do with parenting things and RWL [Results Wellness Lifestyle] and I didn't want to miss out on them and I really enjoyed it.
"I thought, 'Right, I'm getting a little bit more sleep, I've got time to focus on this now.' I'm really enjoying it.
"Because you do, to some extent, lose your personality. You are mummy, you have to look after them 24/7, there's no doubt about that.

"But you also can get your life, your independence back a little bit, and I feel like I've got that and it feels like a really nice balance now.
"I think I'm really lucky I can work from home, flexible hours, I'm not committed to anything."
Lucy added: "But it is really tough to be a parent and finding your perfect balance with work and the baby and maybe even just getting an hour to go for a walk or a workout. Sometimes you just can't do it."
