Ryan Thomas has lost a stone in just six weeks by following Lucy Mecklenburgh's fitness plan.
The 36 year old's fiancée Lucy is the founder of healthy lifestyle programme RWL, which Ryan has been following after the birth of their first child together.
Lucy, 28, has been using the programme to help her bounce back to her pre-baby body, with the ex-Coronation Street star also using it to work on his own fitness.
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy has now taken to her Instagram stories to share that her other half has shed a stone.

Lucy filmed Ryan as he worked out in the gym, performing dumbbell push-ups and bench presses.
She joked: "Have you stolen my PT?," before telling her 1.7million followers: "This is how he has lost a stone in six weeks. He's been working really hard."
At the start of his fitness journey back in June, Ryan left his fans in hysterics as he swapped the dumbbells for baby son Roman for his workout.
Wearing a grey training shirt, a pair of black shorts and bright green trainers, Ryan shared a video of him performing squats while holding Roman with his 1.1million Instagram followers.
Remaining calm as he was lifted up and down by his dad, Roman looked gorgeous in a white babygrow covered in a colourful pattern.
Despite his new toned physique, it seems Ryan won't be showing it off on this year's Strictly Come Dancing after reports he has turned down a spot on the line-up.

Ryan is said to have been on their hit list after he won Celebrity Big Brother where he'd gained a huge fan base back in 2018.
But with him welcoming Roman in March, it's claimed he couldn't commit the amount of time needed to train and take part.
A source told The Sun: "Ryan doesn't want to leave Lucy or the baby to work long hours on the show.

"Strictly bosses were hopeful he could be their big signing, but he doesn't need the money."
It's said that to try and secure talent to take part, bosses have increased fee offers to a maximum of £60,000, but they're still struggling.
Bosses reportedly also had their eye on former EastEnder star Tamzin Outhwaite, but she is rumoured to be set to be packing her luxury item and be heading for the I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here camp, causing Strictly bosses even more of a headache.
