Music mogul Simon Cowell has been seen for the first time since his horrific bike accident which saw him breaking his back in three places.
The star turned 61 last week and he was seen celebrating the occasion in a video, blowing out the candles on top of his impressive birthday cake.
Simon, who reportedly feared he was paralysed after the accident, could be seen sitting down as six year old son Eric, who she shares with partner Lauren Silverman, danced into the room singing happy birthday.

The 61 year old celebrated alongside his friend Terri Seymour, who he dated from 2002 to 2008, and she took to Instagram to show her 62,000 followers a clip of Simon.
Also in attendance was Terri’s sweet daughter Coco, five, and Simon’s partner Lauren, and Simon looked excited as the cake arrived and little Eric watched on.
The X Factor judge could be seen wearing a plain white T-shirt, partnered with a navy blue jacket and large glasses.

And as Simon went to enjoy the cake, Lauren could be heard jokingly saying: “The second cake that you're not allowed to eat but at least the kids can have it.”
Simon’s appearance comes after his awful biking accident, which saw him rushed to hospital and operated on in August this year, which is when he was last seen.
The star was rushed to hospital after falling off his electric bike, and underwent six hours of surgery to fix his back.
He stayed at Saint John’s hospital in Santa Monica, and had a metal rod inserted into his spine to help the repair of the broken vertebrae.
Speaking about the terrible accident, Simon’s close friend Sinitta told Entertainment Daily: “It was a serious accident. So for people who love him, like me, it was very, very scary.
“It was very scary to hear it happen and also him being so far away and because of lockdown not being able to jump on a plane and go and see him, it was very hard.”

And when asked how the Britain’s Got Talent boss is doing now, Sinitta said: “He’s healing.”
She added: “He’s taken some steps, so he has reassured himself that he’s not paralysed."
Another scared friend was fellow Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden, who told The Sun: “I honestly panicked it could be fatal. It was gut-wrenching. I got a text in the night. I couldn’t sleep after.
“I felt physically sick as I didn’t know how bad it was. I didn’t know what was going on.
“I wanted him to be alive, but I also wanted him to be able to walk as he’s such a good friend.”
