Mark Labbett – star of much-loved ITV game-show The Chase – has left his fans picking their jaws up off the floor after showing off his incredible body transformation.
The 'Chaser', referred to on the show by host Bradley Walsh as 'The Beast', earlier this week gave his online following a glimpse into the hard work that has gone into slimming down his physique after sharing some impressive selfies.
The ITV favourite has managed to shift a massive 10-stone since making the decision to embark on a healthier and more active lifestyle.
On Saturday, Mark, 57, shared a photo with his 39,800 Instagram followers which saw him posing alongside his on-screen pal and fellow 'Chaser', Shaun 'The Dark Destroyer' Wallace.
The pair both donned casual looks – compared to their usual sharp suited-and-booted 'Chaser' look that they wear for the show – in the behind the scenes snap, with Shaun pointing at 'The Beast' in the photo.
And whilst the caption of the sweet snap described a "fake account" that has been made based on Mark's profile, it was the TV star's amazing weight loss transformation that had fans pausing to comment.
"There is a fake account out there #markthebeastlabett who unfortunately cannot even spell my surname correctly", Mark had written.
But one follower wrote back: "Looking very chisselled there Beasty!"
Another fan praised him, "Could slice potatoes on those jawbones", whilst a third follower added, "You look incredible huge congratulations on your weight loss".
The father-of-one, who shares three-year-old son Lawrence with ex-wife Katie, has featured as a regular quizzing champion on the 5pm competition programme since its inception in June 2009, with 15 series' now under his belt.
Mark – who was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2017 after a nurse spotted how easily he had bruised his legs after a football game – has regularly kept his fans in the loop regarding his weight loss journey, taking to Instagram to show off his progress.
He also opened up about his weight loss during an appearance on Loose Women in November last year, telling the daytime show panellists: "I've gradually dropped x's off my size from 5XLto 4XL it looks like when I go shopping I'll be able to squeeze into XL pants.
"Small things but important things."
He continued at the time: "I'm down to 21 stone now – I was 29 stone, 2lbs at my heaviest. My diabetes meds help because I eat so much less. I also drink a lot more fluids."
