Reebok Delves Into Archives For First Drop of Latest “Reserve” Collection

With an extensive history in sporting goods spanning several decades, Reebok has announced the launch of its “Reserve” collection honoring some of its most iconic silhouettes as well as introducing new ones.

The latest collection has been carefully curated by the sportswear brand’s product team alongside seasoned archivists. Reimagining the classics with premium materials, unique designs and detail updates, the sneakers have been reinvented for modern-day wear.

For the first drop, Reebok revisits the AZ II — debuted in 1983, the iconic runner is rereleased in two of its OG colorways. The silhouette is revamped with new quality materials including nylon, a wedged heel, completed with an exaggerated Reebok logo paying homage to the brand’s presence in the ‘80s.

The second silhouette scheduled for release in this archival collection is the iconic Club C Nylon — an update in itself of the Club C 85. This season’s model is a tribute to the Reebok MNT (Men’s Nylon Tennis), one of the brand’s first tennis shoes, initially released in 1984. Arriving in two colorways, both iterations feature nylon and mesh paneling, and an all-round lightweight design for a solid addition to your summer fits.

The Reebok AZ II sneakers are available to purchase now from the brand’s website. Be sure to stay tuned for monthly drops of more silhouettes from the Reserve collection this season, including the Club Nylon C slated for release on July 1 as well as the Victory G in October.
