Aldi ride on fire engines and police bikes for ONLY £35 have launched online

ALDI is selling ride on fire engine and police bike toys for just £35 in the run up to Christmas.

The supermarket has launched a new range of Specialbuy toys ahead of the festive season.

The ride on trikes, which are pedal operated, feature working headlights and realistic sound effects, with a top speed of 3kilometres per hour.

You can choose from a fire engine, police bike and an ambulance.

It comes with a rechargeable battery – so you won't have to keep buying new ones to keep it running.

The bikes are only being sold online so you won't be able to find them in your nearest Aldi store.

You'll have to get the toy posted to your home, but standard delivery is free on orders above £30.

Next day delivery, or named day delivery, is £3.95. But bear in mind that Aldi isn't planning to dispatch these items until November 7.

Aldi opened its toy shop earlier this month, but the launch was hit by glitches.

Supply chain issues caused delays to more than 60 Specialbuy items, including its popular range of wooden toys.

Delays also impacted a £28.99 Lego Hedwig set and a £12.99 Peppa Pig soft toy.

Around 15 wooden toys including a mini grocery playset and Peppa Pig house also faced problems.

Aldi's wooden toy range is popular with shoppers and sells out quickly.

The supermarket recently launched a Willy Wonka-style competition, giving shoppers the chance to win £10,000 by finding a golden ticket.
