EastEnders Priya star Sophie Khan Levys life off screen and where viewers know her from

Sophie Khan Levy enjoyed her EastEnders debut yesterday as one of Walford's latest characters, Priya Nandra-Hart. The actor burst onto our screens during last night's episode, and instantly caused drama for current Albert Square resident, Ravi.

To recap, viewers saw Ravi follow Suki and her abusive husband, Nish to a flat in London, where he discovered his son Nugget had been hiding out after he fled from Walford. During a heated moment where Ravi demanded he return to the square with him, Ravi's ex Priya entered the room, and proceeded to let viewers know that she was in fact Nugget's mum.

Not only did Priya floor Ravi with her appearance, but she also had another shocking revelation to share with her former partner: he had a long lost daughter, Avani, who was also in the flat.

After a series of dramatic EastEnders 'duff duffs' and plenty of shocked and speechless expressions around the country, fans of the soap were also quick to question where they'd seen Sophie from before.

Turns out, the actor has been in a few high profile shows before she signed on the dotted soap line, and we're about to tell you which ones.

So, as we sink our teeth into what we already know is going to be an explosive few months on Albert Square, let's take a look at Priya star Sophie Khan Levy's life off screen…
