The now mother-of-three, revealed what led her to become a rep and said that her teens were ridden with depression and anxiety and because of this once she joined university at Cardiff she became a party girl.
After university, wanting to carry on the party she headed to Ibiza and became a club 18-30 rep for six years of boozing and having fun.
But a few years into her job she met Richard, her now husband: ‘Richard was one of my guests in Ibiza. I sold him some trips in July 2010 – he jokes I went to extreme lengths to get my £9 commission.’
Loving her job, she worked her way up, but then became pregnant and had to return to the UK. Landing herself a sales job, she said she hated it and vowed to work for herself one day.

Just after having her second child she quit her sales job and set up an Amazon business – where she sold beard products.
Investing her own money into the line it became successful quickly: ‘My products were featured in GQ and Tatler. I was invited to the Oscars celebrity gifting suite. Then I realised, I don’t want to sell products.’
Having already trained as a life coach she left the beard business, with her husband taking the reins, and became a full time coach.

Investing her own money into the business she used social media to get her first clients.
She set her goal at earning £500 a month once she first started, but soon set her sights higher.
‘We couldn’t live a luxury lifestyle on that but I wouldn’t have to go back to work, we could survive and be comfortable. Then I realised I didn’t want to be comfortable. We made just under £250,000 last year and expect to make £300,000 this year.’
