Alexandra Cane wowed her fans with her body transformation at the start of 2020 revealing that she had dropped two stone.

And the Love Island star has continued with her fitness journey launching her own platform Happy Body, and as we approach a second full lockdown she's sorted out her own home gym.

As gyms and leisure centres get set to close down again Alexandra shared a peek inside her fully equipped room that she explained she would be filming workout videos for her fans.

The reality TV beauty shared her latest plans after posting a bikini throwback admitting she "missed" her curves.

The 29 year old, who said earlier this year that she felt "the best I’ve ever felt in my life", took her followers inside the spacious all-white room in her home which she moved into back in March.

Alexandra had already got in the festive spirit by putting up a beautifully decorated Christmas tree up alongside her free weights.

She had a full set of dumbells alongside kettlebells and weighted plates and bags, as well as deflated pilates balls.

Alex captioned one picture of her new gym room where she had set up a brand new static bike: "This is soooo exciting!"

She also revealed some more equipment she'd picked up including a bench for her to lift weights on, that she planned on using once she had recovered from her injury.

The reality star revealed she had fallen off a treadmill and hurt herself so was "limited" in what she could do with regards to workouts.

She said: "I ironically injured myself falling off a treadmill which has highlighted to me why home workouts are a safer option."

It comes after Alexandra posted a snap of her side by side with Salma Hayek as she spoke about what she'd planned for her Halloween costume.

Showing off her gorgeous figure in the throwback post, Alexandra wrote: "Last year I took this pic with the idea that this Halloween I was going to attend a party dressed as Salma Hayek in “From Dusk til Dawn” but that’s kinda out the window, so here’s a photoshopped version instead.

"Happy Halloween. (Not to be taken too seriously before the photoshop police jump on my case). Also gonna get back to this weight. Missing my curves a lil!"

The reality star turned vlogger, also wrote about feeling overwhelmed by her current situation explaining that as lockdown loomed she would be facing it alone as her parents were high risk and she was "single as F***".

"Being an only child with both parents that are ‘high risk’ (plus I’m single as f***) means it’s literally me, myself & I trying to get all of it done. It’s hard work I’m not going to lie. Some extra hands would be bloody marvellous but I’m gonna keep on soldiering through."

She continued in her message: "If you’re feeling overwhelmed, make sure to write lists of things that are PRIORITIES and then smaller tasks that can be achieved day by day which will amount to the bigger goal, even if that’s just making your bed & doing a wash load! & MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR HELP FROM OTHERS if you’re able to do so to relieve some stress.

"Focus on what you CAN do and NOT what you can’t. We all want things done yesterday but we just have to take it one step at a time.

"Remember, we’re striving for progress not perfection! (Says the perfectionist herself) We can do anything we put our minds to! You’ve got this. Stay strong. Stay patient. Ps. Credit to the all the working Mumma’s out there juggling work, children & life!!! I really dont know how you do it."
