It feels like it was just yesterday that Prince George was born and just like that on Wednesday 22 July 2021 the young man turned eight-years-old.

To commemorate the special occasion The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared a new photo of him.

Whilst we can’t believe how grown up Prince George looks in the image, we’re also loving his style – and why wouldn’t we when he has mum Kate Middleton to dress him?

In the portrait, that was taken by the mum-of-three herself, George is pictured wearing a navy blue and orange striped polo top which is paired with navy blue shorts and what’s even better is that they’re both from high street brands.

The smart yet casual polo top can be found at popular high street brand John Lewis & Partners and it’s a steal at just £10.

Sadly this style has already sold out but there are plenty of options on the sites for similaralternatives .

Whereas the chino shorts are from one of Kate’s most loved brands that she wears on many occasions, Boden and start from just £23here .

As we swooned over Prince George’s outfit we also noticed that the Duchess of Cambridge paid a special tribute to The Queen’s late husband Prince Philip.

The image was snapped earlier this month in Norfolk which explains the beautiful natural background, in addition to this we also spotted that the young prince was sat on the bonnet of a Land Rover Defender which happened to be one of the Duke of Edinburgh’s favourite cars.

We most recently saw George accompany his mum and dad to the final of the Euro 2020 final at Wembley Stadium in London where he was dressed up in a dapper black suit just like his dad Prince William.

When looking back at the young royals' wardrobes, sister, Princess Charlotte, and brother, Prince Louis, never fail to look adorable in their outfits as they sport traditional and chic outfits no matter what the occasion.

We’re used to seeing Kate champion the high street with her stunning looks and it’s so nice to see that she is getting her children to follow suit with their wardrobes.
