McDonald's fans have spent years daydreaming about the epic McRib burger making a grand return – and this month, their dreams became reality.
The popular fast food chain confirmed earlier this year that the legendary sandwich would be available to order for a limited time only.
As customers rushed to purchase one for their dinner, one man in Australia was quick to criticise the much-loved burger.
He claimed that the normal McRib sandwiches are "pretty average" – but he also shared a secret on how foodies can transform them.
Sharing a snap of his McRib, he said: "This one right here, this is actually really good.
"I am astonished with how these little extras really uplift this bad boy."
The usual McRib burger is made up of a pork patty shaped like a miniature rack of ribs and topped with barbecue sauce, onions, and pickles.
But this man decided to customise his order by asking for an extra rib patty, bacon strips, two slices of cheese and more onions.
The McDonald's super fan claimed his burger had originally been made with too much BBQ sauce and said the onions helped "cut through it".
He added: "Glad I managed to knock one of these out before they disappear into the mist again. It's easily the best burger I've had from Maccas."
