Mrs Hinch has shared how to clean a handheld Shark vacuum cleaner, and it’s the tutorial we’ve all been waiting for!

The mum-of-one took to Instagram to share the method with her 3.5 million followers, following the success of her other recent tutorial, which showed fans how to clean a Shark DuoClean vacuum.

The cleaning sensation, who recently admitted to buying “terrible” knickers on eBay, took to her stories and shared a snap of the cordless handheld vacuum cleaner, writing: “I thought it might be useful to do this on my stories, especially for you guys that have one of these beauties now.”

The Shark cordless handheld vacuum cleaner is currently in stock on the Argos website for £129.99, for those eager to get their hands on a nifty number like Mrs Hinch’s.

The Instagram star, who recently shared stunning throwback photos of her wedding, then split the cleaning process into a handful of easy steps.

Step one includes emptying the dust cup and then wiping it, and the bristles, lightly with a cloth to remove dust and dirt.

Next, you’ll want to remove the filter housing and pull the metal ring to release the filter. Mrs Hinch adds: “Simply tap to remove all dust.”

The incredibly satisfying process will see you cleaning your vacuum in rapid speed, and Mrs Hinch shared snaps of all the dust falling from her hoover.

As well, you’ll need to clean the filter with lukewarm water, making sure the filter is removed when you do this.

For step six, Mrs Hinch explains: “I used a dry sonic head to get into the hard to reach places!”

The star shared a snap of herself using a toothbrush head to get into the nooks and crannies of the vacuum.

Finally, all you’ll need to do is put the piece of equipment back together, which Mrs Hinch says is “super easy.”

She continued: “I’m pretty shocked with the amount of dust I collected, oops! I need to do this more often! But now it’s as good as new. Hope this helped guys.”
