My husband works full time but I'm shattered running after the kids

DEAR DEIDRE: I FEEL like a single parent to my three kids, yet have a good husband who works hard for us all.

I’m a woman of 35 and we have a six-year-old son and twin girls aged 18 months.

My husband is 37 and works from 6am through to the evening, four days a week.

He’s so tired from his long day that he doesn’t even hang up his clothes.

So, I cook, clean, and clear up after the kids and him too.

I don’t cook properly for myself, so often I get take-outs when the children are in bed. My weight has spiralled.

The twins wake up during the night and cry out for me. I’m so shattered.
