Chlöe first teased the song on her 23rd birthday on Twitter, and she’ll debut it live at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night. “Have Mercy” is the lead single for her upcoming debut solo album, which she told Billboard is 90 percent done and being wrapped up “with such bad b*tch energy.” Ahh, now that’s music to my ears.
