Helen Flanagan gushes over her ‘little prince’ as she opens up about baby joy

Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has given birth to a baby boy, with the tot ironically sharing the same birthday as his dad Scott Sinclair.

Daily Star had broke the news on Thursday to confirm that Helen had given birth but the actress has now shared further information about her bundle of joy.

Helen, 30, and Scott, 32, already share two daughters, Matilda and Delilah so are thrilled to now welcome a son into their tribe.

The pair have called their little "prince" Charlie and Helen admitted she has been unable to stop "kissing and cuddling" him since his arrival.

Because she is so besotted, the soap star has been unable to sleep explaining that she can't help but stare at him all night.

She said: "Our baby boy Charlie was born on Thursday on Scott’s birthday.

"I was two days overdue like I was with Delilah.

"We are in such a love bubble we couldn’t be more in love with our beautiful little boy, we can not stop staring at him.

"The girls just love him so much. We are absolutely besotted with our perfect little prince Charlie is an absolute dream come true.

"I don't think I've slept much since the labour but I feel like I miss his little face when I do sleep, not been able to put him down or stop kissing and cuddling him, he is so loved.

"Thank you for all your lovely messages."

Helen and Scott announced that they were expecting their third child in June last year.

Taking to Instagram the couple huddled together for a cosy snap, giving their two daughter's scan pictures to hold up for all to see.

The actress who is better know for her role on the cobbles as Rosie Webster, penned: "Our 3rd baby arriving March 2021."
