Love Islands Faye Winter admits breaking villa pool rule in before infamous row

Faye Winter has revealed she broke a major rule during her time in the Love Island villa – and a producer wasn't happy about it.

The blonde babe, 26, has spilled the beans on her time in the villa, admitting she "definitely" broke the rules one night during the season's notorious Casa Amor episodes.

Faye made it all the way to the end of this year's summer series when she placed third with her boyfriend Teddy Soares – after the smitten pair became an official couple on the show.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan about her time in the villa, Faye confessed that she got into trouble with a producer after she decided to go for a dip in the villa's huge swimming pool in the early hours of the morning.

She said: "There was one particular time I definitely broke the rules. I was sleeping out on the daybed when Casa Amor happened.

"It was 5am and it was so hot. I woke up and jumped in the pool straight away.

"One of the producers was like, Faye! How am I going to explain why you’re soaking wet at 5am in the morning?

"So that was one thing I broke the rules on."

Fans of the show are used to seeing the sexy singletons enjoy leisurely swims in the massive swimming pool during the daytime, but clearly producers weren't best pleased with Faye having a dip in the middle of the night.

The reality star sparked outrage on social media from fans during a controversial episode which followed the Mad Movies challenge, where she saw Teddy tell Clarisse Juliette he was "sexually attracted" to her.

Faye proceeded to repeatedly yell and swear at Teddy and the other Islanders in a fiery outburst that led to over 25,000 Ofcom complaints – a record set by the show.

However, the couple have since gone from strength to strength with the pair even talking about living together.

Faye even teased at a future wedding as she opened up about her relationship on the outside.

She said: "I feel like it’s a race between me and Teddy and Chloe and Toby. We’re getting married!"

She later explained that life has been stressful for her due to to long distances separating her from her loved ones: "It’s been stressful because I’d never been to London, there’s been lots going on.

"It’s been stressful, but it hasn’t affected me and him, so you know you’re onto a good one when that happens. Not even any car journey arguments – that’s actually mad, isn’t it?
