Maisie Smith stunned her fans recently when she shared a photo of herself and pointed out something peculiar about her leg.
The 19-year-old took to Instagram to share two pictures of herself enjoying an impromptu photo shoot in a field wearing a cream pleated miniskirt.
EastEnders actress Maisie advised her fans to take a close look at one of the snaps as he captioned the post: "Swipe left to see the baby on my knee."
In the second photo, the soap star is grinning from ear-to-ear as she appears to be running and holds open her fur-trimmed coat.
On Maisie's left knee it looks like there is an imprint of a baby's face – and her fans were certainly shocked.
Her 986k followers were quick to comment, with one person writing: "Omg ur knee is possessed ahah."
Another follower commented: "Wow it does like a baby," while a third added: "Woah that’s freaky! Looking lush though!"
A fourth person joked: "That knee is baby Jesus," while another wrote: "I have knees like this, a source of entertainment for my friends and family for years."

Other fans flooded the post with comments about how "beautiful" Maisie looks in the photos.
The redhead – who plays Tiffany Butcher in EastEnders – braved the cold by going bare-legged and teaming her short skirt with a tight white vest and an oversized patterned shirt.
Maisie appeared to have gone braless for her walk outdoors and some fans think they may have spotted a nipple piercing.
One commented: "Pierced nips!!!" while another wrote: "Nice piercings."
A third person simply asked her: "Got ya nipples pierced?"
Maisie had been posting few social media posts than usual over the past few months, following her stint on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020.
Her followers were delighted to see her back on their newsfeed, with the star also returning to her popular TikTok page.
The beauty regularly shares videos of herself dancing and performing hilarious skits on the profile, which has 1.9 million followers.
