Michael Jackson died back in 2009. 11 years after the King of Pop’s death his music is still alive and well, as his fans are excited to spread the good word of Jackson and his incredible musical backlog.
Now, it has been announced Jackson will be getting his own radio channel for the first time.
Sirius XM, who has been working tirelessly throughout the pandemic this year, has now announced a new selection of channels dedicated to some late musical legends.
One of these channels is dedicated to Michael Jackson, and will feature a stunning display of content for fans of the star.
According to Billboard, The Michael Jackson Channel will highlight “his entire catalog”.

This will include music and work from his early days in Jackson five, all the way up to his final days as a pop star.
The channel will be curated by a number of people who were close with the star, as well as some huge fans and stars who were influenced by Jackson.
Included in this list of influential people is Akin, Rodney Jerkins, and fellow Jackson 5 bandmates and brothers Jackie, Marlon and Tito Jackson.
The channel will stay afloat until July 21, and will be voiced by longtime family friend Steven Ivory.
Commenting on the channel, Ivory explained: “Michael’s music has always rallied the world to acknowledge historical anguish with songs and videos such as ‘They Don’t Really Care About Us’ and ‘Black or White.’
“At the same time, he aspired to unify and lead the world with inspiring anthems like ‘Heal the World’ and ‘Earth Song’ which addressed issues that were important to him such as the care of our planet.”
Jackson’s channel won’t be the only inclusion in the new movement, as Queen, Prince, Coldplay, and the Beastie Boys.
Jackson’s legacy has been a hot topic of late as his daughter, Paris Jackson, spoke out about her childhood on her own TV show: Unfiltered: Paris Jackson & Gabriel Glenn.

“He didn’t want that for us, so we wore masks.”
Going on to praise her father, Paris said: “I appreciated it. It was nice.
