The most recent Bachelorette preview dropped a huge bomb on viewers: the now-famous quote the show’s been teasing about Hannah Brown having sex (and Jesus still loves her) is referring to an occasion that happened on the show with a contestant (In a windmill! Twice!).
In the preview we hear Luke Parker tell Brown:
“So, let’s talk about sex. And let’s say that you have had sex with one or multiple of these guys, I’d completely remove myself from this relationship.”
“My husband would never say what you’ve said to me. I have had sex and, honestly, Jesus still loves me. From obviously how you feel, me f****** in a windmill, you probably want to leave,” she tells him.
“I f***** in a windmill,” she says again in a confessional. “And guess what? We did it a second time.”
Some ‘Bachelorette’ fans think Hannah already had sex in a windmill with Jed
As soon as the preview aired, fans took to the internet to discuss and share their theories regarding Brown’s big windmill moment. A lot of fans seem to think it already could have taken place. During Brown’s one-on-one with Jed Wyatt, there was a windmill in plain view in the background.
“This is me rewinding #TheBachelorette to find the windmill. IT WAS JED. (Lmk if you ever need a sidekick, @RealitySteve),” tweeted one user.

However, some fans believe the windmill sex has yet to happen. Fantasy suites are said to take place in Greece and a lot of people have pointed out that Greece is filled with windmills–there are even several windmill hotels.
“There are a LOT of windmills in GREECE where they do fantasy suites…pretty sure thats what Hannah was referring to…this tweet has it wrong by making people think she is talking about Netherlands by posting this pic,” tweeted one fan.
“My bet is on it being in Greece, where they’re going for fantasy suites. Apparently there are a bunch of windmill hotels there! But if she managed to sneak off and get it on 2x in that windmill on their Amsterdam date, I’m impressed,” wrote another.
Former Bachelor Nick Viall doesn’t think Hannah had her windmill sex in Amsterdam with Jed
Nick Viall recently weighed in on the matter with ET’s Lauren Zima. He thinks it would have been impossible for Brown to sneak away with Wyatt when they were in Amsterdam.

“I very much doubt that if they would have done it this week, production would have been unaware of it, and then Hannah would have not only had to admit it to the cameras, but to production. It wouldn’t be easy for her to do. So my guess is it hasn’t happened,” said Viall. “It will probably happen the week of fantasy suites, and I look forward to finding out who it is — because it doesn’t seem to be Luke.”
As for who he thinks Brown has sex with in a windmill? His money’s on “Tyler or Jed.”
