Fergus Collins’ (Robert Beck) time is running out, as new video evidence is discovered in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes, which seemingly sets in motion his downfall.
The vile criminal has demonstrated that he has zero morals since rocking up in the eponymous village earlier this year, doing pretty much anything and everything he can to make some cash.
Plenty have suffered at his hands, and yet he’s managed to get away with it all. But his luck could finally be set to run out next week, as a series of developments threatens to expose him at last.
It all starts with Verity Hutchinson (Eva O’Hara), who – this Friday (November 12) – will discover that her privacy has been violated a result of the sickening Bluebird operation.
She decides not to disclose her identity, but she requests from DS Cohen (Ariana Fraval) the opportunity to speak to all the other girls affected by Bluebird.
DS Cohen seemingly complies with her request, as Verity chats to her fellow victims, telling them that digital forensics have managed to restore some of the video files.
She then encourages them to stamp on the hard drives as a form of therapy.
But one of the girls decides to keep the hard drive footage, which could be problematic for Fergus.
Next Thursday (November 18), someone confronts the sick property developer with evidence that suggests he’s lied.
What’s more, incriminating messages are discovered, which put Fergus right back in the firing line.
Has his reign of terror finally come to an end? Will Fergus finally pay for his sins? Or will he – like he’s done so many times in the past – find a way to wriggle out of the situation?
One to watch: Thursday November 18 at 7pm on E4.
