Gavin Rubinstein, D’Leanne Lewis and Simon Cohen are real estate agents stars in Amazon Prime Video’s lavish properties series Luxe Listings Sydney. The first season came out on the streaming service on Friday, July 9, and already has subscribers excited. One of the talking points is about real estate Gavin Rubinstein.
The six-part series sees how the three agents hustle, negotiate and deal with success in the busy and competitive Sydney property market.
Gavin, who turned 30-years-old during season one of Luxe Listings Sydney, is one of the three agents who has worked hard to get to where he is.
He now owns a franchise of the real estate giant Ray White group which continues to thrive with one of his employees earning a $2.2 million commission last year.
In the series, fans see Gavin go head-to-head against D’Leanne and Simon for almost $200 million of real estate.
How tall is Gavin Rubinstein?
Besides his straight-talking manner, the other trait of Gavin’s picked up by fans is his height.
The other real estate agents and clients seem to tower above him throughout the series.
So it’s no surprise that subscribers are keen to know how tall the agent really is.
While Gavin hasn’t come out and clarified his exact height, it has been widely reported that he may be around 5ft 4in.
In Luxe Listings Sydney, Gavin is seen talking to a passerby about his height.
When he said it didn’t matter he was “little”, the stranger jokingly remarked: “Well depends. Not every girl will agree with you.”
In another scene, Gavin is speaking to a woman far taller than himself as she drinks her glass of wine.
He comments: “There’s nothing wrong with small. Dynamite comes in small packages.”

Speaking to The Wrap, Gavin explained that he would often get into rows with people because of his passion.
He said: “This is a common theme in my life, because I like to move the needle and I like to push the envelope.
“I often get in, I’m not going to call it ‘arguments,’ but there’s a lot of friction that’s created around them wanting their brand marketed in a specific way and me wanting my brand identity pushed and marketed in a specific way.
“And, you know, I respect them completely. But ultimately, at the end of the day, I’m at the coalface of it all. I believe I know what works best for my brand.”
Amazon Prime Video has not officially renewed Luxe Listings Sydney for a second season.
Series one started production in October 2020 and so took around nine months for it to be released.
So if the reality show is renewed before the end of the year, then series two could begin in the summer of 2022.
Luxe Listings Sydney is available to watch on Amazon Prime Video.
