Inside EastEnders' Lacey Turner's incredible rainbow-themed first birthday party for daughter Dusty

EASTENDERS star Lacey Turner has thrown an incredible rainbow-themed first birthday party for her daughter Dusty.

The actress has given fans a glimpse at the colourful birthday celebrations and Dusty looked absolutely delighted.

Lacey and husband Matt are celebrating having a whole year since Dusty was born and they certainly did it in style.

Taking to Instagram, the Stacey Slater star shared an adorable image of a delighted baby Dusty standing in small white toy car.

Behind her featured a toy kitchen set, small pram, and a wonderful array of colourful baloons.

The former Our Girl actress set everything up in her stylish living room which overlooks the garden.

Lacey wished her daughter happy birthday as she wrote in the caption: "Happy Birthday gorgeous girl ! Thank you for making our days full of love & laughter!

"May you always brighten up a room like a rainbow…love you forever & ever my crazy funny beautiful baby."

Some of her EastEnders co-stars took to the comments to send their birthday wishes, including Kat Slater star Jessie Wallace who wrote: "HπŸ’œppy birthday dusty violet! πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ"

Honey Mitchell actress and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Emma Barton commented: "Happy Birthday Dusty πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•", while Jay Brown actor Jamie Borthwick said: "Happy birthday dusty … love uncle Jamie πŸ™‚ β™₯️"

Last year, while pregnant with Dusty, Lacey revealed she had suffered two miscarriages prior to giving birth to her daughter.

She said: "It was heart-breaking. My whole world crumbled. I didn’t know anyone who had been through this. I didn’t understand why I felt like this about someone I’ve not met.

"You drive yourself insane wondering if you have done something wrong.”

This time she knew the signs and went to the doctor and was told her progestin had dropped, so was given some progestin pessaries, which she believes saved her child.

She added: β€œMatt and I decided if we shared our story we might be able to help others.”
