SHE has been hitting the red carpet in a series of eye-catching outfits, but Tallia Storm hasn’t always been so body confident.
The 24-year-old has completely transformed her appearance over the last year after shedding almost two stone.
Speaking to The Sun about just how she did it, Tallia revealed: “I like lost 12 kilogrammes in the last year.
“I literally just put me first – I walk 25,000 steps a day. I just eat less and keep moving.
“If you look at pictures of me from this time last year, even at the Brits, I have dropped two full dress sizes.”
Tallia believes you have to put in the work if you want to be at the top of your game.

She continued: “I think if I want to be up there, you’ve got to be realistic with yourself.
“You've got to put in the hours. You know how many people try to be singers and don't make it? You've got to do the things people aren't willing to do if you want to get all the way.
“I'm just super determined and I've got my eye on the prize and it's kind of difficult. It takes a lot of work and a lot of luck. So I feel like the next ingredient is just luck.”
The star revealed that she has continued drinking booze, but has upped her water intake to four litres a day.
