Creep Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) is set to take his Woolpack plan to the next level in Emmerdale as he cons Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) in quite the power move.
In a recent episode, Al’s real motive for taking over the pub was revealed.
After a phone call with Chas, Al was seen looking at a new proposal for luxury apartments on his laptop.
Al’s plan is to completely take over the Woolie, remodel it and turn the iconic boozer into apartments that are absolutely way out of people’s price range.
Coming up, Paddy (Dominic Brunt) and Marlon (Mark Charnock) are annoyed that Al has hired Ellis (Aaron Anthony) without their consent.
When Trevor – a rep for a new brewery – arrives at the pub for beer tasting, Marlon feels prickly about the situation, but an impressed Chas seems won over.
After spending a few hours with Trevor, Chas prepares to sign a contract with his brewery, leaving Al smug.
It’s progress for Al, but how long will it be until Chas finds out his actual plan for the pub?
Will she be left feeling regretful, or – perhaps in a surprising twist – agree with Al’s idea?
