According to real estate sites, the property is described as a “serene country setting that offers just the right amount of privacy while still being convenient to town.

“This country retreat offers plenty of wildlife and lots of privacy.”

The websites urge buyers to “build their dream home” on the land.

Maci and Taylor currently live in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Tennessee mansion, which is only minutes away from the land, with their children Bentley, 12, Jayde, 6, and Maverick, 5.

The 3,558 sqft home, which was built in 2007, features cathedral ceilings, two stories of windows, a fireplace, four-car garage and more.

The kitchen, which Maci has filmed in for Teen Mom OG, features granite counter tops and island, and stainless steel sink and appliances.

The stairs and fireplace have stacked stones.

The backyard has a massive in-ground pool

The home sits on a 6.87 acre property.

In addition to Teen Mom OG, Maci and her husband own clothing company TTM Lifestyle.

Maci isn’t the first Teen Mom star to purchase land.

Former Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska built a $418,000 dream farmhouse in South Dakota.

She shares the home with her husband, Cole DeBoer, and their four children.

Teen Mom 2’s Kailyn Lowry purchased 4.29 acres of land in Hartly, Delaware for $99,000 on March 3, 2021.

The MTV star revealed in December that she is “under contract for land” and plans to build her dream home.

She revealed on her podcast Coffee Convos with co-star Lindsie Chrisley: "We'll go to settlement next month. I'm super, super, super excited about it.

"I don't know exactly when we're going to break ground, only because I guess because of Covid… So I'll have the land either way. I'm not doing land in a development. There's no builder tie-in.

"It's just like land by itself. I'm hoping to break ground in early 2021. But we'll see. I guess it just depends on the bank.”

The mom of four continued of her “huge milestone: ”I've been able to buy houses and sell houses- never thought I would be here. It’s a big deal for me, but I also want to be sensitive to what other people are going through. But I definitely don't mind waiting. So if that means I can't build in in 2021, I have my land.”

Kail has been updating fans on the home-building process, as she posted three photos of possible exterior options of the house and asked followers for their input.

She captioned three photos: “I got some 3D renderings in color & can’t decide! Which exterior is your favorite?!”
