Will Smith's $42million LA mansion catches FIRE as ambulances and fire trucks rush to massive property

WILL Smith's $42million mansion in Los Angeles was struck by a fire on Monday.

Fire trucks and ambulances were seen rushing to the 52-year-old actor's sprawling Calabasas estate.

The LAFD told The Sun that the fire was reported at Will's 150-acre home at 3.42pm.

Several ambulances and fire trucks sped into the property to treat a small blaze, which caused severe smoke damage.

An LAFD spokesperson said: "The fire was put out quickly yesterday. It was out on arrival.

"Nobody was transported to the hospital, there were no injuries and no medical attention. It’s a very large home. They did an overhaul for 45 minutes."

The fire department were unclear as to how the fire was started.

Will lives at the massive compound with his wife Jada Pinkett Smith – whose 50th birthday they celebrated over the weekend with a roller skating party.

Their son Jaden, 23, lives nearby at the couple's Hidden Hills home, while their daughter Willow, 20, is based at an oceanfront property in Malibu.

Will also has a son Trey, 28, from his first marriage. None of the family has posted about the reported incident on social media.

The Smiths bought several neighboring properties in Calabasas and began turning them into one huge compound in 2003.

It took seven years to complete the project, which spans across 25,000 square feet of living space.

The estate boasts nine bedrooms, a home theater, a pool, an eight-car garage, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts and a sunken trampoline.

They listed the home in 2013, before eventually deciding to keep it.

Will was previously forced to evacuate the compound in November 2018 after it came under threat from the Woolsey wildfire.

He stayed at the estate during lockdown and admitted earlier this year that he's "in the worst shape of his life" after easing up on his fitness regime.

Back in May, the Fresh Prince of Bel Air star posed in a pair of tight boxers and a hoodie while posing near a lake on the property.

He captioned the photo: "I'm gonna be real wit yall – I'm in the worst shape of my life."

Meanwhile, earlier this year, Will's wife Jada and their daughter Willow admitted they have a "sexual attraction" to women.

She said on her Facebook Watch show Red Table Talk: “Two times I’ve been infatuated with a woman."

Willow, 20, shared a similar sentiment: “I’ve had my fair share of swooning and being like, ‘Oh my God, she’s so beautiful. She’s so talented.’

“I don’t feel like I’ve been in love with a woman just yet, but I definitely feel like it could happen because I’ve had very strong feelings for women before.”
