LeBron James<\/strong> treated son Bronny to a night out with Drake<\/strong> following the teen\u2019s recent health scare.<\/p>\n The father-son pair attended Drake\u2019s concert at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Monday, August 21. As he walked out of the tunnel toward the stage, Drake, 36, was flanked by James, 38, and James\u2019 eldest son, 18.<\/p>\n \u201c\ud83e\udd89The Boy and The King\ud83d\udc51,\u201d read a tweet from the arena\u2019s official account on Monday night. The post included a video of the trio walking together through the crowd.<\/p>\n Later in his performance, Drake showered James with praise. \u201cIn 2009, when nobody believed in anything I had going on, [LeBron] showed up to a release party for a mixtape that was called So Far Gone<\/em>,\u201d he told the audience. \u201cHe came all the way to Toronto, Canada, to support me when I was trying to figure out how I could live my dreams.\u201d<\/p>\n Drake said the show felt like a full-circle moment. \u201cTonight, however many years later, it\u2019s an honor to be inside his building while we\u2019re both still on this Earth. I gotta do this building justice tonight,\u201d he continued. \u201cSo I came to L.A. and I\u2019m about to give you everything I got, I promise you that.\u201d<\/p>\n James, who has played for the Los Angeles Lakers since 2018, later gave fans a glimpse of the VIP treatment he and Bronny received. \u201c@lobos1707 x \ud83e\udd89 type of night!!!\u201d he wrote via his Instagram Story while celebrating at an afterparty that had a bar fully stocked with Lobos, his own brand of tequila.<\/p>\n The outing came nearly one month after Bronny (born LeBron James Jr.) was hospitalized after suffering cardiac arrest during a basketball workout at the University of Southern California, where he is currently a freshman. A spokesperson for the family told Us Weekly<\/em> on July 25 that Bronny was \u201cin stable condition\u201d and had left the ICU.<\/p>\n Two days later, Bronny\u2019s consulting cardiologist, Dr. Merije Chukumerije<\/strong>, announced in a statement that he was discharged from the hospital. \u201cAlthough his workup will be ongoing, we are hopeful for his continued progress and are encouraged by his response, resilience, and his family and community support,\u201d the doctor noted.<\/p>\n James acknowledged fans who expressed their well-wishes as his son recovered. \u201cI want to thank the countless people sending my family love and prayers,\u201d he tweeted on July 27. \u201cWe feel you and I\u2019m so grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n While assuring his followers that the James family was \u201ctogether, safe and healthy,\u201d James added, \u201cWill have more to say when we\u2019re ready but I wanted to tell everyone how much your support has meant to all of us! #JamesGang\ud83d\udc51.\u201d<\/p>\n![](\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/See-LeBron-James-and-Wife-Savannahs-Sweetest-Moments-With-Their-3-Kids.jpg\")
