After the\u00a0<i>Modern Family\u00a0<\/i>alum revealed that <strong>Keenan Anunay<\/strong> had gotten the fewest votes, he was ordered to leave the Fiji villa.<\/p>\n<p>Keenan\u2019s partner, <strong>Vickala \u201cKay Kay\u201d Gray<\/strong>, swiftly proclaimed that she wanted to depart the show alongside him in a stunning show twist.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBefore you go anywhere, I just want to make sure that you are absolutely happy with your decision,\u201d Sarah asked the 25-year-old who, in turn, said that she had no regrets and found the connection she had been seeking.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/us-weekly\/assets\/img\/placeholders\/default-usweekly.svg\" data-src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Everything-to-Know-So-Far-About-Love-Island-USA-Season-5.jpg\"><\/p>\n<h3>&#8216;Love Island USA&#8217; Season 5 Returns to Peacock: Everything to Know So Far<\/h3>\n<p>Mike, 22, then inserted himself into the conversation, calling out Sarah\u2019s intonation and claiming that her phrasing \u201csounded mad disrespectful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m being disrespectful?\u201d Sarah responded as the other islanders silently expressed their shock. \u201cOK, then.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3369279\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/sarah-hyland-reacts-after-love-island-contestant-mike-stark-calls-her-mad-disrespectful-inline.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Fellow contestant<strong> Leonardo Dionicio<\/strong> leaned over to Sarah and whispered, \u201cI apologize for his reaction, I think it\u2019s just the heat of the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sarah succinctly replied to the group, \u201cBoys will be boys.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of Friday\u2019s episode, Sarah teased the drama on her Instagram Story. \u201cWhen I tell you that tonight\u2019s episode was wild. It was absolutely wild,\u201d the actress \u2014 who is married to Bachelor Nation\u2019s <strong>Wells Adams<\/strong> \u2014 said in the social media upload. \u201cI thought New York Sarah was gonna come out, but I kept it [professional].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Several hours earlier, Sarah had quipped via Instagram that her appearance would have its fair share of drama. \u201cTonight. There Will be Blood,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/us-weekly\/assets\/img\/placeholders\/default-usweekly.svg\" data-src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Status-Check-Where-Love-Island-USA-Couples-Stand-Post-Finale-001.jpg\"><\/p>\n<h3>Status Check! Where the \u2018Love Island USA\u2019 Couples Stand Now<\/h3>\n<p>Sarah took over as the host of the U.S. version of\u00a0<i>Love Island\u00a0<\/i>from <strong>Arielle Vandenberg<\/strong> during season 4, when the show moved from CBS to Peacock.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh my gosh, it\u2019s so fun,\u201d Sarah previously gushed of her broadcasting duties during a July 2022 appearance on\u00a0<i>The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/i>. \u201cSo, they just called me up, you know, the good ole Peacock,\u00a0and asked me [to host] and I said, \u2018Yes, thank you so much, Peacock.\u2019 I love reality dating shows \u2026 and we have 10 very, very, very sexy human beings on this show.
