A POPULAR BBC show hosted by Stacey Solomon is returning to screens in just a matter of weeks.

Stacey, 33, has hosted Sort Your Life Out since 2021, with a second series airing in January this year.

However, fans are in for a treat as the show will be back for the second time this year from next month.

The first of the new episodes will air on Thursday September 7 on BBC One.

The third series once again sees Stacey and her team – organiser extraordinaire Dilly, cleaner Iwan and carpenter Rob – try and help families get their homes back in order.

They begin in Surrey at the home of the Watlings, who have a staggering amount of everything, from Jammie Dodger biscuits to unopened post.

The show's winning formula will once again see viewers have their heartstrings tugged as mum Chloe tries to overcome her sentimentality.

Stacey previously opened up to The Sun's TV Mag about the most touching part of filming being the “reveal day”.

This is when she and her team show the families around their freshly spruced-up pads.

“That whole emotion is flipped over, because you watch people go from being really apprehensive outside the house, and even I get really apprehensive because I just think it is a big deal”, the mum-of-four admitted.

</picture>

</picture>

</picture>

</picture>

Talking about that 'ah-ha' moment when people would realise everything they love is there, but now with its own place and more accessible, she added: “That is the best feeling. And that's probably the most emotional day”.

Stacey said another equally tough day was when the crew leave the families to get on with the rest of their lives:

She explained: “It’s really sad because you get to know people. A week doesn't sound like a long time, but it's so intense. You end it and you’re like, ‘oh”.

The new series of Sort Your Life Out will begin on Thursday, September 7 on BBC One.

Read More on The BBC
