A social media star who 'used to delete all her candid pictures' now embraces her natural curves.

Australian influencer Bree Lenehan is known for sharing body positive content with her 864,000 followers on Instagram.

And this week, she decided to focus on her camera roll, as she told fans she used to get rid of any photos that weren't 'picture perfect'.

These days though, the brunette beauty says she embraces every curve.

To document her point, Bree shared posed photos of herself versus relaxed ones as she rocked a number of skintight outfits – including a skimpy blue dress.

Captioning her post, she told fans: "Permission to let your body breathe.

"Who cares if people realise you’re not 'perfect'? No one is! (Even those who look like they are).

"I hope seeing these posts each week slowly help you see that the things you wish away from your body don’t actually have any impact on your worth or value as a person and friend.

"And as much as you don’t see it in yourself, the parts you dislike about yourself can be beautiful."

She added: "I used to delete all of the natural, candid, in-between, relaxed photos like the ones on the right straight away.

"Even just seeing myself that way used to ruin my whole day, because I was so overly critical of myself and the version of me that I believed should be seen by others.

"Now? Those are my favourite kind of photos.

"They’re me at my most vulnerable, when I’m having fun, when I’m relaxed, when I’m really enjoying my life.

"None of my best moments and favourite memories happen when I’m holding my breath & tensing so hard I could poop myself.

"There is so much more to life than comparing, punishing yourself, picking yourself apart, sweating the small stuff, caring more about what others might think of you rather than prioritising how you actually feel."

The influencer concluded: "Just remember that the next time you’re putting yourself down, you can either keep feeding those thoughts or you can remember that you have the power not to, and instead, try to be kinder to yourself!

"The way you speak to yourself matters."
