They haven&apos;t even phoned me yet though.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;It&apos;s a busy life with the kids but if it fits in with my life then yeah.&quot; <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30949158.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/2_National-Television-Awards-2023-Arrivals.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Speaking about other shows he&apos;s done recently, he added: &quot;I&apos;ve done a few documentaries this year with the BBC, so I&apos;m hoping to do a few more of them, we did some with social care, and I like talking about social issues, so hopefully more of that kind of stuff.&quot;<\/p>\n<p> Joe had previously claimed that he had the &quot;worst exit ever&quot; on EastEnders. <\/p>\n<p>Instead of being killed off, he just left Walford to take on a new job as a concierge, and said he didn&apos;t even get a &quot;doof doof&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30949161.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_Screenshot-2023-05-04-at-194321.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Talking about his exit on I&apos;m A Celeb South Africa, Joe said: &quot;I had the worst outro ever! I didn\u2019t even leave at the end of the episode.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;So usually you leave at the end of the episode and you get the &apos;doof doof&apos;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Mine, I went to Norwich to be a bellboy at a hotel, and mid-scene I just walked into the Vic and went, &apos;Right, see you later&apos;. They turned back to Phil, turned back to me and I\u2019d gone.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I was like &apos;What, that\u2019s it?&apos; I was there five years and not one &apos;doof doof&apos;!&quot;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30949171.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_Screenshot-2023-05-04-at-194411.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>He later explained to the ITV show&apos;s Bush Telegraph that it isn&apos;t as easy as you think to return to the BBC soap.<\/p>\n<p>Joe said: &quot;People think I can phone up EastEnders and go, &apos;I\u2019m ready to come back now guys.&apos;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;They have not phoned me.
