Ella, who is the show\u2019s first ever transgender participant is a smoker who has previously worked as a stripper.<\/p>\n<p>Fans discovered that Nathanial knew the truth about her past profession in Wednesday night\u2019s episode when he stormed off and revealed she was a stripper. Speaking to the camera, Ella explained they had had a private conversation about her past and she stated she wasn\u2019t ashamed of it.<\/p>\n<p>Starting to cry, she added: \u201cHe said that\u2019s absolutely fine, but I am a little bit worried that that\u2019s the reason he\u2019s not being intimate.
