Sharon Osbourne has claimed she goes three days a week without eating.<\/p>\n
The 70-year-old former X Factor judge has made headlines in recent weeks after revealing she\u2019d lost weight with the help of the drug Ozempic.<\/p>\n
This week, Sharon, who is married to rocker Ozzy Osbourne, confessed she goes days at a time without food.<\/p>\n
The star made the comment while in conversation with her kids, son Jack and daughter Kelly Osbourne.<\/p>\n
Speaking in an exclusive clip of their family audio show, The Osbournes Podcast, shared with MailOnline, the group noted the world would \u2018descend into chaos\u2019 if people were forced to go without nine meals in a row.<\/p>\n
Jack, 37, said: \u2018If you have something that someone wants, they\u2019ll kill you for it. You know how far away we are as a society from complete and utter breakdowns? Nine meals.<\/p>\n

\u2018When you break it down, you are nine meals away from complete and utter breakdown. That\u2019s three days of breakfast, lunch and dinner. That goes away for people, they go three days without eating, they will murder each other, their neighbours, everything.\u2019<\/p>\n
It was then that Sharon noted: \u2018God, I do that every week. At least three days without eating.\u2019<\/p>\n
Their guest Jason Kennedy then quipped: \u2018That\u2019s called intermittent fasting.\u2019<\/p>\n
Earlier this month, Sharon admitted she believes she\u2019s\u00a0lost too much weight<\/strong>.<\/p>\n She\u2019s been open about her noticeable weight loss in recent months but has now said she\u2019s been questioning how far she\u2019s gone.<\/p>\n Appearing with her family<\/strong>, including Jack and Kelly, on\u00a0Piers Morgan<\/strong>\u00a0Uncensored, Sharon made a brief comment on her weight.<\/p>\n Showing\u00a0her trimmed-down figure\u00a0<\/strong>on the show, Sharon admitted: \u2018It\u2019s just time to stop, I didn\u2019t actually want to go this thin, but it just happened.<\/p>\n \u2018I\u2019ll probably put it all on again soon!\u2019 she added.<\/p>\n Her comments came after Sharon spoke about using Ozempic, which is offered as a treatment for people with type 2 diabetes but which some have been using to lose weight, in order to achieve her new figure.<\/p>\n In an interview earlier this year, Sharon revealed she\u2019d shed 30 pounds (two stone) thanks to the drug.<\/p>\n
