Adele has honoured the late Matthew Perry during a Halloween-themed live show in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

The Friends actor was found dead at his home in Los Angeles, California, on Saturday, 28 October and local police later confirmed that the incident was being treated as a water rescue.<\/p>\n

Following the news, Adele, 35, paid tribute to Matthew, 54, during her latest Las Vegas residency show, as reported by the LA Times.<\/p>\n

Whilst celebrating Halloween and dressed as the Addams family matriarch, Morticia, the singer began by addressing the audience at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is always so shocking, especially someone that made you laugh and who bought so much joy to your life that you don’t know,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is what I find so strange, I never met him in my life. There is something, you feel so sad about it especially because you don’t necessarily know what was going on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adele went on to say that she will remember Matthew\u2019s iconic portrayal of the fictional Chandler Bing for \u201cthe rest of my life\u201d before she claimed that he is \u201cprobably the best comedic character of all time\u201d.<\/p>\n

During the introduction to her song When We Were Young, Adele often moves around the room and asks the audience for their childhood memories.<\/p>\n

However, during Saturday\u2019s show, she dedicated the song to Perry and got candid regarding her own childhood memories.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of my friends Andrew when I was, like, 12 did the best Chandler impression,\u201d she explained. \u201cHe would do it all the time to make us laugh and if any of us were having a bad day or feeling low he would just pretend to be Chandler.\u201d<\/p>\n

The mum-of-one also continued to call Matthew \u201cbrave\u201d after opening up about his issues with alcohol and drug addiction last year in his autobiography, Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing: A Memoir.<\/p>\n
