Coronation Street fans are convinced the once-happy couple Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) and Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) will soon be torn apart by their differences.<\/p>\n

Some small cracks were beginning to show in Wednesday’s episode of the ITV soap, and it seems the pair may decide to go their separate ways soon.<\/p>\n

At one point, Asha realised Nina was being cool with her and eventually, Nina admitted she felt jealous over Asha’s new friend, Isla.<\/p>\n

She confessed: “I’m jealous, but I don’t want to be,” to which Asha replied: “Of what?”<\/p>\n

“Your friendship with Isla,” Nina answered.<\/p>\n

“Seriously? Nina that’s mad,” Asha argued.<\/p>\n

“I know, I know there’s nothing going on but it doesn’t mean I’ve not been checking your socials all day,” Nina admitted.<\/p>\n

“Look, we are mates, she’s just helping me out that’s all,” Asha assured her.<\/p>\n

“Doesn’t help that your mate’s gorgeous,” Nina complained.<\/p>\n

When Asha told her not to be “silly,” there was some tension between the pair.<\/p>\n

Later, a very drunk Nina returned home late to Asha, who didn’t seem as pleased to see her.<\/p>\n

“Did you get my message?” Asha asked, to which Nina slurred: “Yeah sorry, I didn’t have time to listen.”<\/p>\n

“We have got the house to ourselves,” Nina pointed out, kissing Asha.<\/p>\n

Asha shoved her off and complained: “You stink of booze,” before asking why she had drunk so much.<\/p>\n

She then declined Nina’s invite to join her upstairs, stating she was tired.<\/p>\n

“All that work with Isla…” Nina said pointedly.<\/p>\n
