It&#8217;s really not.\u00a0My four-year-old will wake up and be like, &#8220;I want coffee and breakfast.&#8221; It&#8217;s only caffeine. It&#8217;s a little caffeine. It&#8217;s not bad for you.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>While there are no federal guidelines when it comes to kids having coffee, the\u00a0American Academy of Pediatrics\u00a0has advised against children 12 and under drinking any amount of caffeine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Because children are smaller in body size, it takes less to impact their functioning,&#8217; HopkinsMedicine.org reported.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Children and adolescents are also still developing and the impact of caffeine on their nervous systems and cardiovascular systems is not fully known.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Too much caffeine can cause issues such as increased anxiety, increased heart rate and blood pressure, acid reflux and sleep disturbance.\u00a0Too much caffeine is dangerous for kids, and in very high doses, can be toxic.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Caffeine is a stimulant that increases alertness. If your child feels like he or she needs caffeine to get through the day, it would be better to work with a pediatrician to identify the root cause of what is creating the fatigue in the first place.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Amber shares Slash with music executive Alexander Edwards, who she dated from 2018 until 2021.<\/p>\n<p>She also has another son, named Sebastian, 10 who she welcomed with rapper Wiz Khalifa in 2013.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/20\/22\/78039165-12772497-image-a-89_1700518576642.jpg\" height=\"641\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It&#8217;s not a big deal. It&#8217;s really not,&#8217; she said. &#8216;My four-year-old will wake up and be like, &#8220;I want coffee and breakfast.&#8221; It&#8217;s only caffeine. It&#8217;s a little caffeine. It&#8217;s not bad for you&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/20\/22\/67426497-12772497-Back_in_e-a-92_1700518916415.jpg\" height=\"730\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Back in February, Amber admitted that she had told her older son, Sebastian, who was nine at the time, about her risque OnlyFans content\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Gotcha songstress left Adam and Lena, who have a three-year-old daughter, named Parker, completely stunned by her revelation.<\/p>\n<p>She told the couple, &#8216;I mean, I don\u2019t wanna say it like, [go] do extra crazy s**t to your daughter, but like, she\u2019ll be OK.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Amber added that coffee isn&#8217;t the only thing she&#8217;s relaxed about, admitting that she also lets her kids drink Coca-Cola and Root Beer, and &#8216;go crazy&#8217; with their Halloween candy.<\/p>\n<p>During their chat, the artist also revealed that her eldest son, Sebastian, knows about her OnlyFans profile.<\/p>\n<p>She joined the adult platform in 2020, and while she said she &#8216;doesn&#8217;t volunteer information&#8217; about it to her kids, Sebastian &#8216;isn&#8217;t stupid.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;He has the Internet, and I got to say he&#8217;s a really smart, funny kid,&#8217; she shared. &#8216;So he&#8217;ll be like, &#8220;Mom, I have an OnlyFans too.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;He doesn&#8217;t, but if Sebastian was sitting right here, you&#8217;d think you&#8217;re talking to an 18-year-old kid.
