Emily Atack said she is quitting social media for a bit because she wants to take some time away after ‘a hell of a year’.
The TV personality, 34, said on social media on Tuesday that she is ‘focusing on actual real life’.
She shared her latest thoughts alongside a photo which saw her sticking her tongue out after receiving endless Birthday messages.
But this isn’t her final goodbye as she told her 1.9million followers that she will return soon.
She penned: ‘Thanks for the birthday love yesterday everybody.
‘I’ve been quiet on here recently and focusing on actual real life, working hard and having some time away from social after a helluva year.

‘But I’ll be back properly soon. Hope you are all living your best hungover lives and getting ready for the family rows and deflated wobbly blow up beds.’

She revealed she had made the shortlist of nominations at The Grierson British Documentary Awards as Best Documentary Presenter for Emily Atack: Asking for it.
And the star has been linked to a nuclear scientist following her split from her tree-surgeon boyfriend, Liam McGough.

Emily’s announcement also comes after she and Martha quit the talent agency YMU, at the same time as Amanda Holden.
The star has also partied with Jude Bellingham and a host of footballers at celebrity hotspot Chiltern Firehouse in London before heading to a nightclub, in October.

Emily wore a black gown for the night out with the England midfielder, 20, James Maddison, 26, and Trent Alexander-Arnold, 25.
While celebrating England’s spot in next year’s European Championship, the footballers reportedly ‘racked up a £35,000 bar bill’ as they continued the party at Tape in Mayfair – where the minimum spend is £2,000 for a table.
Emily was seen heading home from Chiltern Firehouse alone while the footballer’s carried on the party.
