Britain’s biggest family have enjoyed a ‘lovely weekend away’ at their motorhome just weeks after returning from a lavish Florida trip.

The Radfords, from Morecambe, Lancashire, took to Instagram stories to share a glimpse of the fun they’ve been having in Betsy, their camping home.

The family of 22 only recently returned from their 18th vacation in 20 months, where they splashed out an estimated £60,000 on a three-week break to the sunshine state.

In the clip, believed to be posted directly by Sue Radford, 48, the mother and grandmother said the family have faced a ‘full on’ schedule since returning from the luxury holiday.

She added that the brood needed a ‘recharge’, perhaps off the heels of the arrival of daughter Millie’s new bouncing baby girl, named Elodie-Jade.

In a video posted to The Radford’s 517,000 followers, one of their granddaughters can be seen happily skipping about on the grounds of the camping site.

Captioning the video, Sue wrote: ‘She’s so funny. We had a lovely weekend away, we didn’t vlog as things have been so full on since getting back from holiday.

‘We just needed this weekend to recharge. Also I think you must be fed up with motorhome vlogs’ she joked.

In another clip, her husband Noel Radford, 52, and the couple’s daughter Katie, 20, appear to be having a swell time during a ‘competitive’ game of swing ball.

The pair can be heard having a lively conversation while Sue filmed them with her phone. 

She explained: ‘These two are so competitive although you should probably have seen me and hubby playing this.

‘The ball actually hit my head and thanks Noel, I should have ducked’.

The action-packed visit seems to be just one of many the Radfords have planned for the rest of the year, with Sue hinting the next family excursion could be around the corner in October half term.

Admitting that their fans could be ‘fed up’ with their constant holidays, she wrote: ‘So it seems you all love the motorhome vlogs, thank you.

‘I’m sorry we didn’t film this weekend but if you like watching the motorhome vlogs  we will film the next trip in Betsy for you. We just don’t want you to be fed up with another weekend away.

‘Also trying to sort something out for October half term. I’m thinking a lovely @havenofficial trip with the family but which site? That is the question’.

The news comes after Sue Radford and her husband Noel, as well as 20 of their kids, grandkids and children’s partners enjoyed a luxury trip to Florida last month.

The family flew Aer Lingus from Manchester to Orlando – at around £400 per person return – before spending three weeks in a huge Miami villa that came complete with a pool, tennis court, pool table and even its own golf course.

Villas that size in Miami in August can cost anywhere from around £20,000 to £100,000.

The youngest of the Radford clan enjoyed the trampoline and playground while older siblings made the most of the cinema-sized TV screens before heading to a nearby beach to hire jet pack.

With 22 people in tow, the family needed two cars (both that could seat at least 11 people) while driving back and forth as the 230 miles to Orlando will have racked up the petrol cost.

Of course, in Florida the family also enjoyed tickets to various theme parks including Universal Island of Adventure, Discovery Cove, Miami Zoo and Aquatica – all of which cost hundreds of pounds.

Food too was a huge cost for the family. Even budget American delicacies like Cheesecake Factory, Taco Bell and pizza rack up a debt of hundreds when there are 22 mouths to feed.

Easing the trip off the family stayed in the Hilton hotel at Manchester Airport – which likely set them back more than £600.

Meanwhile both Katie and her boyfriend Connor needed to visit the emergency room with ear infections, costing more than £700.

Joining Sue and Noel on the trip was oldest son Chris, 34, who appeared to be without his wife and three children.

He was sharing a room with brother James, 19, while Sophie, 29 and her partner Joe took their three children Leo, Daisy and Aprill on the trip. Luke, 22, also came along.

Teenagers Max, 14, Tillie, 12, Aimee, 16, and Josh, 15, also joined in on the trip while Oscar, 11, Casper, 10, Hallie, seven, Phoebe, six, Archie, five, Bonnie, four and Heidie, two rounded out the trip.

Not too long after the trip, the couple’s daughter Millie Radford announced the birth of her third child Elodie-Jade last week.

It seems the mother-daughter feud has been forgotten as Sue shared a birthday message to Millie on Instagram last month

The 22-year-old shared the news with a series of adorable snaps on her Instagram page.

The mother-of-three, who is already a proud mother to son, Chester and daughter, Ophelia, revealed her ‘perfect new addition’ came in weighing at 7lb 10z.

The glowing mum posed in a pool of water with her partner Harley, suggesting she may have delivered her daughter via water birth.

He mum Sue was right by her side for moral support – suggesting the pair had ended their feud.

The mother and daughter were thought to have fallen out around two weeks before Millie announced her third pregnancy.

Sue wrote on an Instagram story to mark her daughter turning 22: ‘Happy birthday @millieradfordd. We hope you have the best day today, we love you.

‘Can’t wait to see you when we get home. Also can’t believe there will be another little princess to add to this picture next year!’

Along with the statement, she shared a sweet snap of Millie with her two children, Ophelia Jo and Chester Bleu.

The birthday post marks the first time Sue has mentioned Millie since April after they reportedly fell out.

The 22-year-old, previously accused parents Sue and Noel of ‘making money’ from their grandchildren.

In a surprise Instagram story she has since deleted, Millie came out against her mother Sue – leading fans to believe the formerly close mother-and-daughter were feuding.

Noel and Sue welcomed their first child together in 1989. The most recent addition to their super-sized brood was Heidie, born in April 2020.

Between them, the couple are parents to Chris, 33, Sophie, 29, Chloe, 27, Jack, 25, Daniel, 24, Luke, 22, Millie, 22, Katie, 20, James, 19, Ellie, 17, Aimee, 16, Josh, 15, Max, 14, Tillie, 12, Oscar, 11, Casper, ten, Hallie, seven, Phoebe, six, Archie, five, Bonnie, four and Heidie, two.

The parents tragically lost their 17th child Alfie in July 2014.

She was reacting to a YouTube vlog that Sue advertised on social media, where the mother-of-22 surprised her daughter Sophie’s children, Daisy, ten, Ayprill, eight, and Leo, seven, with a trip to Disneyworld.

‘Cute? But you’ve made money from all your grandchildren but choose your favourites,’ Millie said on her Instagram story over a screenshot of the video where Sue surprised her sister’s children.

‘Said my piece,’ she added.

During their ‘feud’, Millie shared a touching video of her baby’s heartbeat with her 119,000 Instagram followers.

But her mother Sue seemingly did not attend the appointment with her, instead she travelled to see her mother with her other daughters.

She was Millie’s birthing partner and had gone with her to doctors appointments during her previous pregnancies.
