The actress has been soaking up the sun on holiday with her little ones.
She posed in front of the mirror in the stunning swimwear after having a laser treatment session.
"Feel so good now after my laser," she wrote, tagging a beauty salon.
Showing the realities of being a parent, Helen also told fans how her holiday has been made up of "constant poo cleaning".
She walked beside the pool with her son Charlie, armed with a pack of baby wipes.

However, the star was slated by trolls who demanded she 'put some clothes on'.
In the comments section, one follower blasted: "Please try to be more classy."
