This Morning's Holly Willoughby left red faced after accidental sex confession live on air | The Sun

HOLLY Willoughby was left red faced today as she accidentally let slip when she conceived her son Chester.

The 42-year-old was taking part in a This Morning conversation about more babies being born today than any other day due to parents being intimate over the winter period.

Matthew Wright explained: “You have the combination of Christmas and the cold. My dad used to say the best thing you can do in the winter is cuddle up and you always get more babies in the autumn.”

Holly quickly chimed in: “It’s actually Chester’s birthday on Friday.”

As everyone laughed, she joked: “The heating hadn’t gone on that winter.”

Ben Shephard commented: “Happy Birthday to Chester. He’ll be thrilled we are talking about Christmas…”

Proud mum Holly, who keeps her children's identity private on social media, previously confessed to struggling with "mum guilt" because of her busy job.

"I feel guilty about everything." she said "It's totally normal. But what I would say is – and this is what I really have to focus on – where's the guilt coming from?

“Because I think the problem with working mums is that I'm feeling guilty because I'm not there to drop my kids off in the morning because I have to go to work."

Holly continued: "What I'm feeling guilty about, is that in some way I'm telling myself that I clearly don't love my kids because I love my career more than my children, which is why I'm choosing to do this."

"And of course, that's not the case. I know that's not the case because I know I love my kids more than anything on this planet.

"So why am I thinking like that? And it's because I believe that's what everyone else is thinking."
