Top Boy: Season 3 official trailer on Netflix
WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Top Boy.
Top Boy season three was filled with devastating and heart-racing moments so could there be a fourth series on the cards?
Dushane (played by Ashley Walters) and Sully (Kane “Kano” Robinson) worked their way up from nothing, building up a drug empire on the Summerhouse estate that made at least one of them richer than they could have imagined.
But, with a sudden and risky rise comes a brutal fall which came in the final ever season on Netflix which was released on Thursday, September 7.
Subscribers were left stunned by the events of the last two episodes which seemed to have brought the story to a definite close.
As many fans have now finished watching all six installments, there is curiosity surrounding the show’s future.

Is there going to be another Top Boy?
While there remains a very loyal fan base, unfortunately, Top Boy won’t be back for any more seasons.
It was confirmed earlier this year that series three on Netflix would be its final outing with Jaq actress Jasmine Jobson telling Tudum: “Everything has to come to an end.”
Actor and executive producer Ashley Walters also said in a statement: “With something as great as this, you should end on a high, and that’s what we’re doing.
“We’re all battling on a daily basis to make sure we give our audience the most amazing ending that we can.”

The 41-year-old Dushane star also made it clear that it was actually his and executive producer Kano’s decision to end the show now.
He explained to GQ: “[Netflix] wanted to go on forever! And Kane [Robinson] and I were like, ‘Personally, we can’t.’
“We don’t think it’s the right thing to do. It may have gone on too long anyway.
“Not that it’s not been great and the seasons have all been great and everyone’s loved them and I’ve loved them. But it wouldn’t have been right. I like to end on a high.”
Given how the third season finished, it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that Top Boy is ending for good.
After trying to run away with Sully’s drugs so he could flee the country, the latter shot his former friend and business partner who then died of his wounds in an alley.
Then, in the last few moments of the finale, Sully himself was killed by an unknown shooter who pulled the trigger and walked away.
Top Boy is available to watch on Netflix.
