Coronation Street fans have been gripped to their screens over the past few months as Daisy Midgeley and Ryan Conor’s steamy affair has gone from strength to strength behind her fiancé's back.
Loyal fans of the ITV soap will know the pair have been inseparable following the horrific acid attack that took place earlier this year. Moments before the beloved barmaid was due to walk down the aisle, her stalker Justin threw a glass of acid at her.
Luckily for Daisy, Ryan jumped in front of her and took the brunt of the attack which left him with devastating facial scars that he is still recovering from. After putting her wedding on hold and helping nurse Ryan back to health, the former flames naturally grew closer and started a blossoming affair.

Since then, they have struggled to keep their hands off each other as they continue to find ways to sneak off together for a wild time in the sheets. But things never stay hidden for long in Soapland, as viewers will see next week when Daniel Osbourne discovers the truth.
At the start of the week Ryan is shocked to learn that Lauren has joined the adult-platform O-Vidz and has been posting pornographic content online. He was quick to point out that she is underage and threatens to report her, shutting down her account.
It’s at this point that she begs Ryan to keep quiet about her account because she needs the money to pay off her debts. Knowing Ryan would try and do the right thing, Lauren threatened to tell Daniel about his affair with Daisy if he reported her account.
Feeling conflicted, Ryan confides in Daisy about Lauren’s porn videos before he confessed that he had to report her out of a sense of duty but fears she’ll spill her guts about Daniel out of revenge.
It doesn’t take long before Daniel starts to get suspicious as to why he has been spending so many nights alone while she has been out and about. Daisy casually explains she has been spending the night at her mum’s house, but when Jenny questions her about her plans, she crumbles and admits she’s been spending the night with Ryan.
The barmaid admits that she loves both Daniel and Ryan in different ways and she doesn’t know what to do. The former landlady urges her to make up her mind before its too late. However his suspicions are raised when Daniel clocks Ryan getting into Steve’s taxi and asking for the Chariot Square Hotel.
His heart sinks when he receives a phone call from Daisy’s mum where she reveals that Daisy hasn’t seen her in days. Daniel decides it’s time to take matters into his own hands and follows Ryan to the hotel.

As Daisy and Ryan head to their room, the barmaid has decided to call off their relationship, claiming it would never work out because she loves Daniel too much. But as Daniel arrives at the hotel determined to find out the truth, has her decision come too late?
At the end of the week, Daniel confides in Ken that he suspects something is going on between Ryan and Daisy but he needs proof. Ken advises him to tread carefully, warning him that he could lose everything if it goes wrong.
Daniel later corners Ryan and after last night’s debacle demands to know what’s been going on between the two of them. It was at this point that Ryan admitted that he is in loved with Daisy and has been for months.
Fans will have to stay tuned to see what this will mean for Daisy and Daniel and whether they will go through with their marriage.
